Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligible Returns (Within 7 days of delivery)
We only accept returns for:
• Damaged items (submit pictures)
• Wrong item shipped 
• Packages confirmed lost after 30 days (for insurance claim processing)

All other sales are final due to past policy misuse.

Package Protection
Most packages include up to $100 of carrier provided insurance for lost or damaged shipments.

How to Request Support
1. Email our support team with your order number and relevant photos.
2. You’ll receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number & instructions if eligible.
3. Approved returns must be shipped back insured within 7 days of RMA receipt. Return shipping costs may be covered for qualifying cases.

Resolution
• Refund issued to the original payment method
• Or replacement item at our discretion
• Processed within 5 business days after inspection
