ExoticLeather.com sells and ships exclusively within the United States.
We process and ship orders from Monday to Thursday, typically within 3 business days.
Most shipments arrive within 3–7 business days via USPS. Please note that unforeseen carrier or weather delays may occur outside our control.
Package Protection
Orders include up to $100 of carrier provided insurance coverage for lost or damaged shipments. Additional coverage may be arranged upon request before checkout.
Tracking Information
USPS provides shipping confirmation and delivery updates. Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Address Policy
We ship only to the U.S. address provided at checkout. Please double‑check your address before placing your order, as we cannot modify shipping information after checkout.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to U.S. state regulations, certain items may have shipping limitations.
Orders affected by restrictions will be canceled with full refund.
Ownership and Responsibility
Title and ownership of all products transfer to the purchaser upon completion of checkout and payment. During order processing, handling, and transit, ExoticLeather.com bears no responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur once an order has been placed. Our role is limited to preparing and dispatching the purchaser’s property for delivery.
